Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and provide clear, concise instructions.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary.

Required Skills
