Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and highly organized Remote Stress Management Aide to join our Corporate Wellness team. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our diverse workforce from anywhere within the United States. In this vital support role, you will assist in the implementation and coordination of stress management programs, resources, and initiatives designed to promote a positive and resilient work environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring our employees have access to the tools and support they need to manage stress effectively and thrive both professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Wellness team in the daily operations and administration of stress management programs.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling virtual workshops, webinars, and group sessions focused on stress reduction techniques.
  • Manage and update digital resources, educational materials, and communication channels related to stress management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide initial guidance or direct them to appropriate wellness resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of program participation and feedback, ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to promote wellness initiatives and encourage employee engagement.
  • Prepare communication materials, including newsletters and announcements, to inform employees about upcoming programs.
  • Assist in researching best practices and new tools in stress management and corporate wellness.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated empathy and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Human Resources, Public Health, Kinesiology)
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within HR, wellness, or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
  • Basic understanding of stress management techniques and wellness principles.
