Job Description

This role is for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Netflix Liaison with a professional administrative focus. You will serve as a critical link, providing comprehensive administrative support and coordination for projects and communications related to our work with Netflix. This 100% remote position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and effective collaboration between our teams and Netflix stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary administrative point of contact and liaison for all Netflix-related projects and communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings, presentations, and events with internal teams and Netflix representatives.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Manage and organize shared documents, databases, and project management tools, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and administrative milestones, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate efficient information flow and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Troubleshoot administrative issues and provide proactive solutions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of professional administrative support experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large media or entertainment clients.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software.
