Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Personal Finance Coach with a strong remote administrative focus to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about personal finance who possess excellent organizational skills and thrive in a remote work environment. You will support clients in understanding and improving their financial health, with a significant portion of your time dedicated to administrative tasks that ensure smooth operations and effective client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one virtual coaching to clients on budgeting, savings, debt management, and basic investment principles.
- Develop and maintain client financial plans and progress reports.
- Manage client scheduling, communications, and follow-ups through various digital platforms.
- Prepare educational materials and resources for client sessions.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks to support the coaching program.
- Conduct research on financial topics and tools to enhance coaching effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the broader financial advisory team to optimize client outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in financial services, personal banking, or a related field (2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of personal finance principles (budgeting, savings, debt, credit).
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) or similar certification.
- Experience with financial planning software.
- Prior experience in a remote administrative support role.
