Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized WFH Google Coordinator with an Event & Logistics focus to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote position is crucial for supporting various Google-related projects, particularly those involving virtual and in-person events, as well as complex logistical arrangements. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives, from scheduling and resource allocation to vendor coordination and post-event analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events related to Google projects, including workshops, webinars, and conferences.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection (if applicable), vendor negotiations, catering, AV equipment, and participant registration.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams, Google stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Maintain detailed project schedules, calendars, and documentation for all events and logistical tasks.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes for event-related expenditures.
  • Prepare and disseminate event materials, presentations, and post-event summaries.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and team leads as needed.
  • Utilize Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) extensively for daily tasks and communication.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with event coordination or logistics support
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Google Meet Events)
  • Previous experience working with or for Google-affiliated projects
  • Certification in event planning or project management
