Job Description
Are you meticulous, passionate about precision, and fascinated by the world of digital advertising? Omnicom Media Group is seeking a dedicated Media Metadata Scribe to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our media campaign metadata, with a keen focus on high-energy advertising content. You’ll work with various ad formats, platforms, and creative assets, categorizing and tagging them to enhance searchability, analysis, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized individual with a strong eye for detail and a desire to contribute to the efficiency of cutting-edge advertising operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately categorize, tag, and describe media assets, including video, image, and text ads, based on predefined schema and guidelines.
- Ensure all metadata fields are complete, consistent, and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.
- Review and audit existing metadata for quality, making necessary corrections and updates.
- Collaborate with media planners, strategists, and creative teams to understand content context and metadata requirements.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of metadata taxonomies and best practices.
- Identify and flag discrepancies or anomalies in data, escalating issues to relevant teams.
- Maintain a high volume of metadata entry while upholding exceptional standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and database management.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and platforms (e.g., social media ads, display ads, video ads).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with metadata management tools or content management systems.
- Experience in a media, advertising, or marketing environment.
