Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department managers and team members.
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and report generation.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance.
- Act as a liaison between various departments and external contacts.
- Support event planning and special projects as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
