Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in a team driving environment.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations regarding transportation and safety.
- Transport freight efficiently and on schedule, ensuring timely delivery.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and submit all required documentation electronically.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, team partner, and customers.
- Ensure the secure loading and unloading of freight.
Required Skills
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum of 2 years (24 months) verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with team driving operations
- Experience with LTL freight transportation
- Knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELDs)
- Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement
- Tanker endorsement
