Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Flyer & Brochure Folder to join our dynamic print shop team in Spokane, Washington. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking for immediate employment in a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for accurately folding, collating, and preparing a variety of print materials, ensuring they meet our high quality standards and client specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately fold flyers, brochures, and other printed materials using hand-folding techniques or operating automated folding machines.
- Collate and assemble various print products according to job specifications.
- Perform quality checks on finished materials to ensure accuracy, proper folding, and overall presentation.
- Prepare finished products for packaging and shipping, including counting, banding, and boxing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Assist with other print production tasks as needed, including cutting, binding, or packing.
Required Skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a print shop, manufacturing, or production environment (not required, but a plus).
