Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Apple Ad Traffic Coordinator to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of advertising campaigns across Apple’s advertising platforms. You will be responsible for managing creative assets, coordinating with media teams and external partners, and meticulously tracking campaign components from initiation to launch. This is a crucial role for someone with a strong understanding of digital advertising workflows and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all campaigns are deployed accurately and on schedule. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the trafficking of creative assets and campaign materials for Apple Search Ads and other Apple advertising platforms.
- Liaise with internal media buying teams, creative teams, and external vendors to gather and deliver all necessary campaign components.
- Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot campaign setups, ensuring adherence to specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of campaign trafficking, including asset versions, launch dates, and performance notes.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks or issues that could impact campaign launch or performance.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with Apple's advertising guidelines and internal best practices.
- Provide regular updates on campaign status and trafficking progress to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital ad operations, ad trafficking, or campaign coordination.
- Proficiency with Apple Search Ads platform or similar mobile advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, ad serving technologies, and creative specifications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Familiarity with various ad verification and measurement tools.
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies for ad creatives.
- Prior experience working with creative agencies or large brand marketing teams.
