Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and safety-conscious Limo Operator to join our elite team in Anaheim, CA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe driving, exceptional customer service, and an unwavering commitment to punctuality and discretion. This role is critical in upholding EmpireCLS’s reputation for luxury and reliability. As a Limo Operator, you will be responsible for providing a premium, comfortable, and secure travel experience for our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury sedans, SUVs, and limousines safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure timely arrival at pick-up locations and destinations, managing routes effectively to avoid delays.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage, opening and closing doors, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and defensive driving techniques to ensure client and personal safety.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and travel details.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and logs accurately, including trip sheets and mileage reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients, responding professionally to requests and unforeseen circumstances.
Required Skills
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement (if applicable for vehicle type).
- Minimum 2 years of professional chauffeuring or commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no accidents or major violations in the last 5 years.
- Exceptional knowledge of Anaheim, Orange County, and surrounding Southern California areas.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate GPS devices and smartphone applications proficiently.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional etiquette.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-net-worth clients or executive transportation.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle maintenance and operation.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
- Defensive driving certification.
