Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Kitchen Porter to join our culinary team in Abbotsford. This entry-level role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth and hygienic operation. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including fridges and freezers.
- Remove kitchen waste and ensure proper disposal and recycling procedures are followed.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
- Support the culinary team with various tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
