Job Description

You will play a crucial role in helping to refine and improve AI models by providing high-quality feedback and annotations. As a Remote AI Training Assistant, you will work with various AI systems to evaluate their performance on specific tasks involving text and image data. Your primary responsibility will be to provide clear, accurate, and consistent feedback to enhance the AI’s understanding and capabilities. This role is entirely home-based, offering flexibility and the chance to be part of a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and annotate text-based data for accuracy, relevance, and coherence according to specific guidelines.
- Assess image-based data, identifying and categorizing objects, scenes, or attributes.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback on AI model outputs to guide improvements and address errors.
- Adhere to project guidelines and quality standards to ensure consistent and high-quality data annotation.
- Participate in training sessions and calibrate with team leads to stay updated on new project requirements and tools.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow annotators regarding task challenges, ambiguities, or process improvements.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions accurately and consistently.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer suitable for remote work.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online tools, platforms, and web browsers.
- Ability to work independently, maintain focus, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with various AI applications or previous experience in data entry, content moderation, or linguistic tasks.
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset, given our strong presence in Quebec.
- A curious mind and a genuine passion for learning about Artificial Intelligence and its development.
- Experience with visual analysis or basic image manipulation software.
