Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our Health and Wellness Sector team in Green Bay. This vital role supports the smooth operation of our office, ensuring efficiency and contributing to a positive experience for both staff and patients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, eager to make a tangible difference in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will be instrumental in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining an organized workspace that supports our health and wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and distribute communications, memos, and reports.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
