Job Description
Are you ready for a physically demanding yet rewarding role? idverde UK, a leading provider of grounds maintenance and landscape creation services, is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team in Exeter as a Landscaping Tasker. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors, aren’t afraid of hard labour, and appreciate the benefit of direct daily pay. You will be an integral part of our operational team, contributing to the upkeep and enhancement of various landscapes across Exeter and the surrounding areas. Your efforts will directly impact the beauty and functionality of public and private green spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of physically demanding tasks such as digging, lifting, raking, and spreading materials (e.g., soil, mulch, aggregates).
- Assist with the planting of trees, shrubs, and flowers, as well as turf laying and seed sowing.
- Carry out basic grounds maintenance duties, including weeding, pruning, and clearing debris from sites.
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload vehicles with equipment and waste materials.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule and to a high standard.
