Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Lyon. This role offers a flexible schedule with all shifts available, perfect for individuals looking for adaptability in their work-life balance. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be instrumental in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacy, providing excellent service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Process patient prescriptions, including data entry, insurance verification, and billing.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotating medications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering patient questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
- Prepare and label medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
- Assist with immunization clinics and other health services as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and foster strong working relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail setting
- Pharmacy Technician certification (e.g., CPhT)
- Knowledge of pharmacy software systems (e.g., Pharmacie Plus, LEO)
- Fluency in French and English
