Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Music Video Production Assistant to join our team on a fast-paced set in Pasco, Washington. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of music video production. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our production sets, working closely with the entire crew to bring our artistic visions to fruition. This role demands energy, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting all production needs in a dynamic and often demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound gear.
- Perform various 'runner' duties, including picking up and dropping off equipment, supplies, and craft services.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe set environment for all cast and crew.
- Provide general administrative and on-set support to the production team, director, and talent.
- Manage and organize production assets, props, and wardrobe.
- Act as a communication liaison between different departments as needed.
- Anticipate production needs and proactively address potential issues.
- Assist with crowd control and ensuring clear pathways on set.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure a successful production.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience on a film, TV, or music video set (even volunteer or student projects).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Enrollment in or completion of a film, media, or related production program.
- Familiarity with Pasco and surrounding Tri-Cities area.
