Job Description

Quintessentially is seeking a dedicated and discreet Wardrobe & Closet Organizer to join our team, serving our discerning clientele in Banbury and the wider Oxfordshire region. This is a unique opportunity to transform personal spaces, enhance daily routines, and contribute to our members’ elevated lifestyles through bespoke organizational solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, declutter, categorize, and style their wardrobes, creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with clients to assess their current wardrobe and closet organization needs.
- Develop and implement bespoke organizational plans tailored to each client's lifestyle and preferences.
- Efficiently sort, categorize, and declutter clothing, accessories, and personal items.
- Design and implement effective storage solutions, maximizing space and accessibility.
- Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe curation, helping clients build cohesive and functional collections.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in clients' homes.
- Manage scheduling, client communications, and project timelines effectively.
- Stay updated on current organizational trends, luxury brands, and sustainable practices.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in professional organization, decluttering, or personal styling.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of design principles for luxury spaces.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

- Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client locations.
