Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated HVAC Filter Technician to join our team in Pasco, WA. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in the HVAC field, with no prior experience required. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role. You will be responsible for the routine inspection, cleaning, and replacement of HVAC filters across various commercial and industrial sites, ensuring optimal air quality and system efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to perform routine physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and replacement of HVAC filters according to established schedules and protocols.
- Document filter condition, replacement dates, and any observed issues in maintenance logs or digital systems.
- Maintain inventory of filters and related supplies, reporting needs for replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job status and potential concerns.
- Conduct basic visual inspections of HVAC units for cleanliness and report any significant findings.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized after job completion.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development as provided by the company.
Required Skills
