Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed health routines.
- Engage clients in stimulating activities, social outings, and hobbies tailored to their interests and abilities.
- Facilitate communication and understanding between clients and their families or other care providers.
- Observe and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care manager.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients.
- Provide reliable transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
Required Skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs or developmental disabilities
- CNA or HHA certification (not required, but a plus)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience with behavioral support techniques
