Job Description
Stride, Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Online Records Clerk to support our programs specifically designed for 16-year-old teens. This is a 100% home-based, remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within New Port Richey, Florida, or surrounding areas. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of student records and related documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality for our young learners. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the seamless operation of our online educational services by handling various administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping activities. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain student records and other confidential data in our online database systems.
- Organize and retrieve digital documents and files as required for various administrative processes.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all student information in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations (e.g., FERPA).
- Assist in generating reports related to student data and record status.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and staff to resolve record discrepancies or gather necessary information.
- Perform routine audits of records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide administrative support for online programs catering to 16-year-old teens.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
