Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for a flexible way to earn extra income? BestMark is seeking Casual Mystery Shoppers to evaluate customer service, product quality, and store environments at various businesses in Brooklyn, NY, and surrounding areas. This is a highly flexible, independent contractor role where you choose assignments that fit your schedule. There are no minimum hours, allowing you to work when you are free. You’ll play a crucial role in helping businesses improve their customer experience by providing honest, objective feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various businesses (retail, restaurants, service providers, etc.) according to specific guidelines.
- Interact with staff, observe store conditions, and evaluate products/services as instructed.
- Accurately complete and submit detailed online reports, including observations and experiences, within strict deadlines.
- Maintain objectivity and discretion throughout the shopping process.
- Follow all instructions and guidelines provided for each assignment.
- Manage your schedule and select assignments independently.
Required Skills
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliability and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Access to a computer with internet and a reliable smartphone for photos/recordings (if required by assignment).
