Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (provided through Sittercity)
- Comfortable using a smartphone app to find and manage jobs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience with specific age groups (e.g., infants, special needs children)
- College coursework in early childhood education or related fields
- Strong references from previous childcare roles
- Access to reliable transportation
