Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Limo / Executive Chauffeur to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will provide safe, comfortable, and discreet transportation services to our clients, ensuring an unparalleled luxury experience. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, impeccable personal presentation, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for navigating the Greater Toronto Area efficiently, maintaining our luxury vehicles to the highest standards, and upholding the prestigious image of GTA Limo Service. A significant portion of your compensation will include tips earned through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following scheduled itineraries.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for assigned luxury vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage and any reasonable requests.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, adhering to company dress code standards (professional attire).
- Exercise discretion and maintain client confidentiality.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip status, delays, or unforeseen issues.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and alternative navigation strategies in the GTA.
Required Skills
- Valid Ontario Class G (or higher) Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (chauffeur, taxi, or similar).
- Exceptional knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area roads and navigation.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Immaculate personal presentation and adherence to professional dress code.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine or executive chauffeur.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and features.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Multilingual abilities are considered an asset.
