Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to established standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Dust, vacuum, make beds, clean bathrooms, replenish linens and amenities.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets and storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.

- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
