Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Data Integrity Specialist to join our AI Precision team in Orlando, FL. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data that fuels our cutting-edge AI models and solutions. Your expertise will directly impact the performance and trustworthiness of our AI systems, making you an essential part of our innovation pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data quality checks and validation processes for various datasets used in AI/ML applications.
- Monitor data pipelines and sources to identify and resolve data integrity issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies proactively.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and software developers to understand data requirements and ensure data quality standards are met throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies and work with source system owners to implement corrective actions.
- Document data quality rules, definitions, and procedures, maintaining comprehensive metadata for AI datasets.
- Design and generate regular data quality reports and dashboards to provide visibility into data health and trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance frameworks and data integrity best practices.
- Assist in the development and testing of new data collection and processing tools to enhance data quality for AI.
- Train and mentor team members on data integrity principles and tools.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data quality, data governance, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data quality tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and how data quality impacts AI model performance.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Certifications in data governance or data quality.
- Prior experience in an AI-focused environment.
