Job Description

Join Wolters Kluwer as a Transcript Quality Auditor, specializing in accuracy and finance-related content. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and auditing transcribed financial and legal documents, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and clarity. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of financial terminology will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our information products. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about quality assurance and with a solid background in finance or legal transcription.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance audits of transcribed financial, legal, and regulatory documents.
  • Verify the accuracy of terminology, figures, dates, and names against source audio/video.
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and internal quality standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to transcription teams to improve overall quality.
  • Identify and document recurring errors and suggest process improvements.
  • Collaborate with team leads and managers to refine auditing processes and quality metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and regulatory changes, particularly in finance.
