Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Assistant with a focus on Skincare Order Processing to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial role for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of customer orders, specifically within our rapidly expanding skincare category. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of orders, from verification to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and speed. Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer orders for skincare products with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Verify order information, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping addresses.

- Monitor order statuses and ensure timely dispatch in coordination with warehouse and logistics partners.
- Manage returns and exchanges processes for skincare items, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all order-related activities and customer interactions.
- Assist in managing product inventory levels and flagging potential stock issues within the skincare category.
- Provide support for general e-commerce administrative tasks as needed.
