Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and fast typists for a remote, contract High Paying Transcription Role. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional listening skills, attention to detail, and can accurately transcribe audio and video files into text. As a crucial member of our transcription team, you will contribute to various projects, ensuring high-quality output for our diverse client base. The position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Temecula, CA, or anywhere else within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe audio and video content into written text, maintaining high quality and grammar standards.
- Adhere to company-specific style guides and client instructions for each project.
- Proofread and edit transcribed documents for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Meet strict deadlines and manage multiple transcription projects simultaneously.
- Utilize transcription software and tools effectively to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM with high accuracy).
- Superior listening skills and ability to distinguish different speakers.
- Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in using transcription software and word processing tools.
