Key Responsibilities

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and effective solutions.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily performance goals and metrics.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating multiple applications simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.

- Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or remote work role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
