Job Description
As a WFH Renewal Coach focusing on Post-Burnout Support, you will play a crucial role in empowering our members to recover from professional burnout, rediscover their purpose, and build sustainable well-being practices in a remote work environment. You will provide personalized, evidence-based coaching to individuals struggling with the aftermath of burnout, helping them to re-engage with their careers and personal lives with renewed energy and resilience. This is a fully remote position, requiring a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of remote work. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one coaching sessions to members experiencing or recovering from burnout.
- Develop tailored action plans focusing on stress reduction, boundary setting, energy management, and re-engagement strategies.
- Utilize evidence-based coaching methodologies to facilitate member self-discovery and goal achievement.
- Monitor member progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt coaching approaches as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with company standards.
- Contribute to the development of burnout prevention and recovery resources and programs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and peer supervision and mentorship.
Required Skills
- Certified Professional Coach (ICF PCC or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in individual coaching, with a focus on well-being, stress management, or career development.
- Demonstrated understanding of burnout syndrome, its causes, and recovery strategies.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in virtual coaching platforms and remote communication tools.
- Ability to empathize, motivate, and guide individuals through challenging transitions.
- Strong ethical conduct and commitment to client confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Specialized training or certification in trauma-informed care, resilience coaching, or mental health first aid.
- Experience working with professionals in tech or fast-paced industries.
- Familiarity with cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT) or mindfulness practices.
