Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Order Entry Specialist to join our remote corporate team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the specified geographic area. As an Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring data integrity, and providing exceptional administrative support. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operational flow and ensuring customer satisfaction through precise order management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and process customer orders into the company's order management system.
  • Verify order details, pricing, and product availability to prevent discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, logistics, and customer service teams regarding order status or issues.
  • Resolve order-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and company policies.
  • Ensure all data entry adheres to established company standards and guidelines.
  • Generate and review daily, weekly, or monthly order reports as required.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support corporate operations.
