Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented WFH Opportunity Scout to join our dynamic team. This remote role is pivotal in identifying, nurturing, and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across various sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients/partners.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to connect with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of contacts through various channels, including professional platforms, virtual events, and direct engagement.
  • Qualify leads and assess their alignment with Deloitte's service offerings and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and subject matter experts, to refine pitches and tailor solutions.
  • Track and report on networking activities, lead generation, and opportunity development progress.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscapes, and client needs.
  • Represent Deloitte professionally and ethically in all interactions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in networking, business development, or lead generation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and qualify business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working within a large consulting firm or professional services environment.
