Job Description

We are seeking a professional, courteous, and experienced Limo Driver to join our distinguished transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and comfortably transporting our guests to and from various destinations, ensuring a luxurious and punctual experience. This role requires impeccable driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and a deep understanding of discretion and professionalism. As a Limo Driver, you will represent the Beau Rivage brand, providing a critical first and last impression for our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate luxury vehicles, including limousines, sedans, and SUVs, in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, including greeting, assisting with luggage, and ensuring comfort throughout the journey.
  • Maintain a clean, well-fueled, and meticulously presented vehicle at all times.
  • Plan efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Adhere to strict schedules and adapt to unforeseen changes in traffic or passenger needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding passenger information and conversations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assist with special requests from guests whenever possible and appropriate.
  • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Required Skills

  • Valid state-issued driver's license (Class C or higher, as required by vehicle type)
  • Clean driving record with no major violations for the past 5 years
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., chauffeur, taxi, commercial driver)
  • Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes within the Mississippi Gulf Coast region
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide professional and discreet customer service
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a limousine or executive chauffeur
  • Familiarity with luxury vehicle operation and maintenance
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • CPR and First Aid certification
