Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated WFH Customer Experience Associate to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data privacy.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
