Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Teleperformance User Experience Aide to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and usability of our digital products by assisting with interface testing. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to identify bugs, gather feedback, and contribute to an intuitive and satisfying user experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute test plans and scenarios for web and mobile applications to identify usability issues and defects.
  • Document findings, including steps to reproduce bugs and user feedback, using established tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and developers to communicate testing results and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and other testing phases.
  • Provide constructive feedback on user interfaces and workflows from a user perspective.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining testing documentation and resources.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices in UX, interface design, and testing methodologies.
  • Support the broader UX team with various administrative and research tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and interface design.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and web applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, Design).
  • Familiarity with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Experience with user testing or quality assurance.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with accessibility testing.
