Job Description
Are you a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for building lasting B2B relationships? Teleperformance is seeking a Remote Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of professional B2B clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fully remote environment, collaborating with a supportive team and contributing to the success of a global leader. You will act as a strategic partner to your clients, understanding their business needs and positioning Teleperformance’s innovative solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a portfolio of assigned B2B clients.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM system.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Experience in the BPO or customer experience industry.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and customer journey mapping.
- Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling).
