Job Description

Join the Hilton team for an exciting summer season as a Hotel Housekeeper at one of our premier resort locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of a resort. We are specifically looking for dedicated individuals for the upcoming summer months to ensure our guests enjoy pristine and comfortable accommodations. Staff housing is provided at select resort locations, making this an ideal role for those seeking a complete summer work experience. You will be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to Hilton's rigorous standards.
  • Change linens and make beds.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and replenish amenities.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored properly.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, push, and pull.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
