Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor.
- Assisting with merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging products.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register (with training).
- Supporting inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Answering guest inquiries and directing them to appropriate departments or team members.
- Ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for guests and team members.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

- Strong verbal communication skills.

- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry merchandise as needed (up to 40 lbs).
