Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to join our marketing team in Ogden, Utah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing brand strategies that elevate MarketStar’s global presence and reinforce our position as a market leader. You will manage all aspects of brand consistency across various channels, ensuring that our brand messaging resonates with target audiences and supports our business objectives. This role requires a blend of creative vision, analytical rigor, and strong leadership to drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Manage the MarketStar brand identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges affecting the brand.
  • Lead the creation of compelling brand messaging, storytelling, and visual guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, communications, and digital marketing, to ensure brand alignment and integration.
  • Oversee brand-related campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities from concept to execution.
  • Monitor brand performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize brand strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed for brand development and marketing efforts.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members on brand best practices and strategy.
  • Ensure all brand activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and brand analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate brand vision effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
