Job Description

Join Expedia Group as a Remote Travel Booking Assistant and become an integral part of our mission to simplify and enhance travel experiences worldwide. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home, anywhere within the US. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel arrangements, providing exceptional service, and ensuring seamless booking processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with flight, hotel, car rental, and activity bookings via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel products, and booking procedures.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process cancellations, modifications, and special requests accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and company policies.
  • Utilize internal booking systems and CRM software efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
