Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Online Membership Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an entry-level position focused entirely on data entry and administrative support related to our online membership programs. There are no sales responsibilities involved. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and be proficient in data management systems. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate membership records, processing new applications, and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update membership data into various online systems and databases.
  • Process new membership applications and renewals efficiently.
  • Verify the accuracy of member information and make necessary corrections.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all member data and sensitive information.
  • Assist with data cleanup projects and ensure data consistency across platforms.
  • Generate basic reports on membership status as needed.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding member data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless membership operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and data protection regulations.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with data entry, strong typing skills.
