Job Description
Are you a compassionate and skilled coach passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals? BetterUp is seeking dedicated Online Life Coaches to join our dynamic and growing network. This is a 100% remote position offering a flexible schedule, allowing you to empower members from the comfort of your own space. You will provide personalized coaching to a diverse range of clients, guiding them through challenges, fostering self-discovery, and helping them unlock their full potential. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of coaching methodologies, and a commitment to member success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and impactful one-on-one coaching sessions remotely via video calls.
- Develop personalized coaching plans and strategies tailored to each member's unique goals and needs.
- Provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and accountability to support member progress.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of coaching sessions and member development.
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities provided by BetterUp.
- Collaborate with BetterUp's support teams to ensure a seamless and positive member experience.
- Uphold BetterUp's coaching philosophy and ethical standards.
- Manage your own flexible schedule to accommodate member appointments.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of professional coaching experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in various coaching methodologies (e.g., CBT, NLP, Solution-Focused).
- Exceptional active listening, empathy, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and other digital communication platforms.
- A valid coaching certification from an accredited institution (e.g., ICF, BCC).
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience coaching professionals in corporate or leadership development settings.
- Familiarity with BetterUp's coaching platform and resources.
- Multilingual capabilities.
