Job Description
We are seeking discreet, observant, and sophisticated individuals to join our exclusive Weekend Roster as Mystery Dinner Guests. This unique role offers the opportunity to experience and evaluate our high-end dining services, food quality, ambiance, and guest interactions. Your valuable insights will directly contribute to upholding and enhancing the Mandarin Oriental’s legendary standards of luxury and excellence. This is a part-time, weekend-focused position with high earning potential for those who possess a keen eye for detail and a refined palate.
Key Responsibilities
- Dine anonymously at designated restaurant outlets within the hotel during weekend hours.
- Evaluate all aspects of the dining experience, including reservation process, greeting, service efficiency, staff knowledge, food presentation and taste, beverage selection, restaurant ambiance, and cleanliness.
- Interact with staff members naturally to assess service quality and attentiveness.
- Complete detailed, objective, and timely reports following each dining experience, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain absolute discretion and anonymity throughout the entire process.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality regarding all observations and findings.
- Participate in occasional debriefings with the quality assurance team.
