Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Manage routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery of freight.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, documenting any issues.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and submit all required paperwork promptly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and support staff.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
- Manage fuel efficiency and operational costs to maximize profitability under the lease agreement.
- Complete all required safety training and compliance modules.
Required Skills
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and driving history
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- Basic understanding of trucking regulations and logbook management
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit

- Experience with refrigerated or dry van freight
- Prior experience as an owner-operator or in a lease-purchase program
