Job Description
Are you passionate about visual storytelling and eager to kickstart your career in digital marketing? Wayfair is seeking a motivated Junior Pinterest Marketer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with little to no prior experience to learn from industry experts through a structured mentorship program. You will play a key role in developing and executing our Pinterest marketing strategies, helping to inspire millions of customers as they discover products for their homes. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S. and offering an ideal blend of flexibility and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of Pinterest content strategies, including pin creation and scheduling.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new opportunities.
- Support the optimization of Pinterest ads and organic content for improved performance.
- Analyze Pinterest analytics to track key metrics and contribute to performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, merchandising) to ensure brand consistency.
- Participate actively in mentorship sessions, learning best practices in Pinterest marketing and e-commerce.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize pin descriptions for search visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
