Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our dynamic team in New Braunfels, TX. As a vital part of our hospitality family, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and common areas are impeccably clean, comfortable, and inviting. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and window sills.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
- Empty trash and recycle bins.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items promptly.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and push throughout the shift.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within a hotel environment.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of guest service principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
