Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Google Feedback Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be crucial in gathering, categorizing, and initial analysis of user opinions and feedback related to various Google products and services. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility while contributing significantly to product enhancement and user experience. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions and help us maintain Google’s standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize user feedback data from various platforms and channels, focusing on opinion-based insights.
  • Categorize feedback according to predefined parameters, identifying trends, common issues, and positive sentiments.
  • Perform initial review and analysis of qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify actionable insights.
  • Communicate recurring feedback themes and potential areas for improvement to relevant product teams.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of feedback collection tools and methodologies.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing feedback strategy discussions.
