Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Google Customer Care Specialist, focusing exclusively on written correspondence. In this crucial role, you will be the voice of Google, providing outstanding support to users through email, chat, and other digital channels. No phone calls are involved in this position, allowing you to focus purely on crafting clear, concise, and helpful written responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and other written platforms.
- Provide accurate, complete, and polite information to Google users regarding products, services, and account issues.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality in all written communications.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously learn and adapt to new Google products, services, and support tools.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools (email, chat software).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
