Job Description

As a Financial Aide, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our office, assisting with client service, administrative tasks, and ensuring our advisors have the support they need to provide exceptional financial guidance. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist financial advisors with client meeting preparation, including gathering necessary documents and reports.
  • Process and track client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage client communication, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and directing complex issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain client relationship management (CRM) systems with up-to-date information.
  • Prepare and generate various financial reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate and execute administrative tasks to support office operations, such as managing correspondence, filing, and supply ordering.
  • Help onboard new clients by guiding them through initial processes and documentation.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting with event coordination and material preparation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and terminology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • FINRA Series 7 and/or Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Prior experience in a financial services or administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software.
